World AIDS Day Art Contest

The World AIDS Day event began in October with the launch an Art Contest, Project: Red Paint sponsored by JBrand Jeans and Alliance Bank. Five pieces were selected from the first round during University by the Sea event will move forward to the Final Round competition at World AIDS Day on December 1, 2007.

Winners will receive an award and money for their school/classroom, a scholarship or check depending on entry category. This event is FREE to the public to attend

Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise - Lead the Change

There are Two Rounds, Three Categories and 1 Final Winner per Category

Ages 12 – 14: Winning Classroom will receive a School/Classroom Grant usable for any teaching supplies. ($500 Prize)

Ages 15 – 18: Winning students will receive a scholarship for continued education in higher learning. ($750 Prize)

Over 18: Winning public entries will receive cash prize. ($1000 Prize)
